Our Process

3, Other considerations：

1）Why hasn’t my Paypal account received a refund?

If you have successfully requested payment in the Free Product Test, please wait 48 hours (within working days). If your Paypal account still has not received the payment, please contact us at musibaby@capitalliving.net.

2）What should I do if my order number is rejected by the seller?

If your order number is rejected by the seller, it means that you have submitted the wrong order number. You can go back and check your Amazon order, and then try to submit the correct order number again. If the seller rejects your order number again, please contact us via musibaby@capitalliving.net and provide a screenshot of the correct order number and order status.

3）What should I do if the seller rejects my trial report?

The trial report contains four parts: product introduction, advantages and disadvantages, suggestions and conclusions, product pictures, etc. Please leave a useful and relevant trial report.

The following three situations may lead to refusal to provide test reports:

① Content that has nothing to do with the tested item. The content must be based on the tested item.

②Too short, less than 20 words. Please express your true opinion (positive or negative).

③Your content includes violence, fraud, illegality, etc.

Examples of prohibited content include:

Content that encourages hatred or violence

Content that encourages people to engage in terrorist acts

Content created by terrorist organizations

Terrorism training materials

Suspicious content about online use or sale of chemicals

Description of actual sex between adults

May be defamatory, defamatory, harassing, threatening or inflammatory content.

Obscene, pornographic or obscene content, or content containing nudity or pornographic images.

The content may violate the privacy of others.

The content involves racism.

4）Why is the money I received less than the rebate amount on Free Product Test?

5）How can I find my Amazon public profile page?
